What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, the learner's age, the class you are interested in, your message and, if you choose to give it, your email address. We collect nothing else through this website and we never ask for payment details.

How we use it

We use your details to reply about classes, batches and fees, and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Where your details go

• The enquiry form is delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
• If you tap "Send on WhatsApp", your message travels through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms.
• This site shows a Google map, so Google may receive your IP address when the map loads.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not run advertising trackers and does not set cookies of its own. The embedded map may set its own cookies.

Children

Our classes are for children, so most enquiries come from parents. If the learner is under 18, please send the enquiry as a parent or guardian. We publish photos and videos of classes to show what happens here. If you are a parent or guardian and would like a photo or video of your child removed, tell us and we will remove it promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and to run your enrolment.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Contact us on 99013 11502 or at ekreeticreativesofficial@gmail.com.
